So, what makes there beers so great to taste? The owner was so passionate about beer that he traveled to Atlanta, GA in search of learning everything related to the world of craft brewing. After six years at Sweet Water, one of the leading microbreweries in North America, which taught him everything it takes to create a high-quality craft product. In 2007 he returned to Colombia, where he wanted to share all his knowledge about beer culture by founding a new and unique craft brand: 3 Cordilleras. 3 Cordilleras opened its doors in 2008 in the city of Medellín, creating a series of 6 craft beers that today captivate the palates of all those people who are willing to discover the territories of Colombia just by uncovering a beer.
While in Bogota, I tasted their beers and I highly recommend tasting the Rosada.
This easy drinking beer is so delicious. It is made with malts and wheat, and is characterized by its fine aroma and flavor of red fruits that, when taken, give you a natural freshness.
This beer has an effervescence, sweetness and hints of citrus that give it a perfect balance. The alcohol abv is 3.8%, so you could definitely pair this with pasta, or deserts.
